has successfully carried out videography work along with backup arrangement in connection with WBLA General Election 2026, as per the Work Order issued by the Office of the District Magistrate & District Election Officer, Howrah
(Memo No.: 23/Infra/WBLA-2026, Date: 25/03/2026), in accordance with the Nomination Schedule.

Entire period as per Nomination Schedule (from to )

As per the above Work Order and Nomination Schedule, the videography work along with backup arrangement was carried out on a continuous basis for the entire period mentioned above.

At each Nomination Venue, videographers were deployed per day, out of which one covered the inside of the Nomination Area and the other covered the outside area (entry/exit and surrounding).

During the said period, video footage was recorded daily and submitted regularly to the concerned authority, and the same was received and kept under their custody.

The overall work has been completed satisfactorily and no complaint has been received.

M/s. IGNICORE SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED has not retained any copy of the video footage (hard/soft) in their possession.

This certificate is issued upon completion of the entire work and submission of all video footages at one time, for the purpose of processing bill/payment.

No claim or objection regarding the above work shall be entertained after issuance of this certificate.
